Dr Siew Ung Wong graduated from University of Melbourne in 2006. He completed his dual specialty training in Respiratory Medicine / Acute and General Medicine from various teaching hospitals in Adelaide, including 6 months of palliative care medicine training. He became a fellow with Royal Australasian College of Physicians in 2016. He holds the position of Associate Clinical Lecturer with the University of Adelaide. He then undertook Clinical Fellowship in interventional pulmonology involving advanced bronchoscopy (endobronchial ultrasound, bronchial thermoplasty) and pleuroscopy at the National University Hospital Singapore.
Dr Wong is a member of several national and international thoracic societies. He thrives for the provision of comprehensive care to all his patients ranging from diagnosis, treatment, surveillance as well as supportive care pathway. He sees a broad range of respiratory illness and sleep disorders, with special interest in COPD, asthma, interstitial lung disease, interventional pulmonology, lung cancer and pleural diseases management. He also provides consultations for various general medical conditions.
